Dr. Emeka is a Ghanaian trained medical doctor with over 7 years work experience in 2 West African countries. He is an adaptable and highly motivated Public Health enthusiast serving across public health initiatives.
A leader has a voice, and his was found in preventive medicine. He is the lead strategist of Health Innovate Plus®, a start-up aimed at providing quality health services and solutions innovatively through telemedicine. He is focused on improving the health and quality of life of every Nigerian man, woman, and child.
He has previously functioned as the Medical Analyst for the online television programme ‘Global Covid-19 Watch (GCW) on SW Africa News. Constant learning and sustained apprenticeship reinforced by fostered stewardship are strides being taken to actualize his goals.
Dr Emeka seeks to positively disrupt the health narrative in Nigeria and globally through health promotion leading to behavior change across several population groups. His continued work in the health sphere has fostered a flare for implementation research as a conduit to identify health gaps in health programs leading to the development and testing of health solutions with the potential to lead to scalable results.
He currently has three (3) abstracts accepted at the 5th Nigerian Implementation Science Alliance (NISA) Conference in 2019 and the 21st International Conference on AIDS and STIs in Africa (ICASA 2021).
An effective communicator with an unflinching flare for the arts featuring on several platforms including television series and film as well as delivering health talks at several Christian gatherings and local networks. He is adept at health messaging for all population groups including men as well as coordination of screening campaigns aimed at positive behavior change.
He believes in the impact of population health on National development and his work continues to provide sustained opportunities for leadership with a destination geared towards community transformation.
