Can I order from various restaurants on as single order?

It is possible to place orders on various items from different restaurants on a single order. However your orders will be charged as separate orders and separate deliveries since they were made from different restaurants.

How do I pay for my orders?

Payment for orders from any restaurant you choose can be made online. You can make payment with your debit or your master card.

How can I track my order?

We will send you regular updates about the status of your order via emails after your order has been confirmed by the restaurant. You can also track the status of your order on the account section under orders.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order that has not been accepted by the restaurant from your order page.

Do you accept cash on delivery?

Currently, we only accept payment via the mealtime application using your debit visa, verve or Mastercard.

What is the minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value for any restaurant.
